　　王志全，1956年8月生，博士，副教授，现任职于加拿大阿尔伯特大学。Zhiquan’s main areas of research interests are: (1). Enhance our understanding of genetic variations in animal populations and exploiting this to increase livestock production efficiency and product quality; (2). Develop quantitative genetic theories, statistical methodologies for investigating the associations between genomic and phenotypic variations; (3). Fine mapping QTL and candidate gene search for economically important traits in cattle; and (4). Functional analysis of genes affecting economically important traits in cattle; (5). Identification of genes and gene by environment interactions affecting net feed efficiency in cattle.
